Traveling in pregnancy times can effect in unpleasant feeling. Many things must be considered. One of them is digestive problems, nausea and abdominal discomfort. Before all that happens, try the following tips so that you have a pleasant trip!

• Use and prepare a comfortable pregnancy clothing and loose, not tight at the waist and tummy.

• Replace the habit of eating three large meals a few times to eat snacks throughout the day. Enjoy your food and chew well.

• Keep the time between dinners with your sleep time during pregnancy, do not get too close. Leave a gap of two to three hours for your stomach to digest before you sleep.

• Try to sleep with a pillow that is higher in the upper body.

• Limit your drinking while you have meals when pregnant.

• Avoid foods that can cause the gas pressure in the stomach. Usually the foods that contain carbon such as, alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, acidic foods, processed meats, mint products, and foods that sharply spicy, fried, or greasy.

• Do not smoke! In addition to smoking may cause health problems in pregnant women and fetuses, smoking can also increase stomach acid.

• Avoid stomach acid containing magnesium or calcium, because it can cause discomfort in pregnancy. We recommend that you first check with your doctor before taking them.
