So it is with me, desperate to get there even though it was the political situation in Athens is heating up. Coloring protest the city be continued with mass strikes paralyze Athens.

Makrianni area, near metro station Akropoli, is one of the accesses to the Acropolis.

Pedestrian towards the Acropolis is very wide, wide highway that is composed of granite rock into small square size. On the road there are a number of buildings in the form of an open café and the Museum of Acropolis. On the afternoon of this area is a fun play area for children. Someone throws a ball-throwing game, bicycling, up to a crowd watching a magic show and clown. The mothers are also many who push the baby stroller, enjoying the afternoon in the spring. After walking about 500 meters, I turn to the right step, tread composition of marble stones. Road terraces under the trees shade it took me to the Herod Atticus theater building that was built the Romans in 161 BC and is still often used for classical music concerts, ballet, and other cultural performances.

Herod Atticus located on the South side of the Parthenon temple. The wall of this theater building is composed of blocks of white rock with distinctive arched recesses of the Roman architecture. This building reminds me of the Coliseum in Rome and the Arena in Verona, just not circular. The building is connected to Dionysius Theater, the first stone theater built in 342 BC by Lycurgus which is also used as an arena of gladiatorial games in Roman times. Then I run along the road on the side of Herod Atticus in the form of marble flooring. For the first time I walked in the hills of marble floors. Marble this road leads me to the gate entering the Parthenon temple complex. When I would buy a ticket, the officer reminded me that door will be closed in 30 minutes (closes at 19.00). I was forced to choose not to buy tickets, hoping hopefully tomorrow I still have time to go back. Because, it’s not possible I explore the Parthenon complex in just 30 minutes.

Located in Samut Prakan province, Thewa Racha, Bang Phli district, about 25 kilometers east of Bangkok. The name Suvarnabhumi was chosen by King Bhumibol Adulyadej which means golden land. The airport has a control tower with a height of 132.2 meters, making the airport with the world’s tallest control tower.

The vastness of the airport (563 000 square meters) was also made as the Suvarnabhumi airport, which has a broad second single terminal in the world under the Hong Kong International Airport. Also in Asia, Suvarnabhumi International Airport is also under the fourth busiest airport Haneda International Airport, Beijing International Airport and Hong Kong International Airport.

Designed by a German architect Helmut Jahn, the new airport was made with an airy structure design, which looks very futuristic. Inside the building is to be found in part that has the characteristics of a space with an oval-shaped open space. Besides the nature of the building temperature control system is designed in such a way that can save energy, and a number of other privileges, especially in the construction of airport building support.
